The Graduate Account Renewals Manager will, once they have obtained a comprehensive knowledge of the organisation’s services, report directly to and learn from the company director. The successful candidate will build relationships with existing clients, develop rapport and ensure they’re fully aware of the company’s offering. You’ll manage the entire renewal, development and support process – speaking with clients over the phone, via email and engaging with them face to face – all the while employing your bilingual skills!

The Role:

- Report to and learn from the company director as you obtain a thorough knowledge of the marketplace you’ll be operating in
- Call through to customers within your client base and develop rapport with them in order to upsell products and services
- Deploy your language skills in order to secure business from clients in the territory you manage
- Undertake renewals, development and support in a holistic role

- Educated to degree level
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A bilingual candidate that speaks English and French to a business level minimum
