Contact Centre Team Leader Life Insurance
A fantastic opportunity as become available within this forward thinking, progressive company based in the heart of Swansea as a Life Insurance Team Leader.
The role will involve manageing a small team of Life Insurance lead providers and exsuring a high standard is maintained in both quality and conversion of leads generated.
Reporting to the sales director daily results
Managing the systems and process relating the life insurance campaign
You will have strong people skills coupled with an excellent telephone manner.
Ideally you will have relevant experience within the financial service sector.
The offices are in the centre of Swansea and offer a very positive working environment with the opportunity of career progression and development.
Hours of Work
Mon - Thur - 9.30am -6pm
Fri 8.30am - 3.30pm
Rate of Pay
A basic salary will be negotiated dependant on experince! Plus and excellent commision structure, earning an average of £45k OTE
