Education, Training and Employment Worker - TST North

£27,648 - £31,142 per annum

37.5 hours per week

Our client is currently looking to recruit an Education, Training and Employment Worker to join the Tenancy Sustainment Team (TST) North service on a full-time, permanent basis.

They are looking for proactive, passionate individuals who can deliver results, offer innovative ideas and creative approaches to ensure high performance in supporting clients to achieve education, training and employment outcomes.

You will be responsible for delivering one-to-one advice and guidance sessions (IAG), group employability sessions and in-work support workshops. You will track and record all client progress using data recording systems and produce monthly reports on project outputs and client outcomes for funders to monitor the performance of the service.

With experience of delivering effective Information Advice and Guidance to disadvantaged adults, you will be able to assess and manage complex situations to ensure delivery of an effective service. You will be able to action plan with clients and be experienced in creative problem solving to remove any barriers our clients may face to gaining opportunities. You will have experience of liaising with external agencies to achieve successful outcomes. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of delivering a high quality service within the relevant quality frameworks for the sector.

You should also be a strong communicator with a genuine commitment to a great customer service, have excellent IT skills and an enthusiastic, flexible attitude.
