WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will be collaborating with our Service & Support Manager to provide scheduled reporting to clients of their Service Usage and also ensuring that resourcing requirements are clearly set-out and can be escalated if not met. We need someone who can raise solutions alongside other problems and represent the function/services to our clients and potential clients.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE…

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A disciplined approach to all aspects of work, with the ability to operate independently where required
  • Windows Server / ITIL / SLA's / KPI's knowledge
  • The ability to ask for help when needed, but without abdicating responsibility for solving the problem
  • Familiarty with Microsoft Stack and web content management systems such as; Sitecore, SharePoint, Umbraco, RedDot and EPiServer
