An on trend high-street fashion retailer in Liverpool City Centre is looking to recruit a Store Manager
Your new company
You will work in a prime retail location in Liverpool, working in one of this company's largest stores. You will be working for an on trend womenswear retailer, known for their fashion led product ranges. You will be working as a Store Manager with an established and dedicated store team to support you. The store currently has around 50 members of staff and a turnover of about £5million. The culture of the brand is relaxed, fashion forward, and they celebrate people who have their own individual style.
Your new role
You will lead and provide direction to your store team. You will oversee the performance of the store including turnover, operations, recruitment and people management, and visual merchandising. You have the opportunity in the role to make changes and be experimental - if you think there's a better way of working, you can come into this store and make a real difference. You will also be tasked with motivating the store team to perform to the best of their abilities, so your excellent people management and coaching skills will be used. No day will be the same and you will work to maximise sales, maintain excellent customer service and store standards, recruit top talent, review performance and improve the store experience.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should already be working at Store Manager level in a high-street fashion retailer. You should have skills in leadership and motivation and excellent people management skills. With any Store Manager role, there will be some weekend and holiday working required with some opening and closing responsibilities, so you will need the flexibility to support this.
What you'll get in return
You will work in a prime retail location in Liverpool, working in one of this company's largest stores. You will be working for a very on trend womenswear retailer, known for their fashionable product ranges. You will be working as a Store Manager with an established and dedicated store team to support you. You will receive a salary of around £35,000 depending on experience and you will also receive a quarterly bonus.
