Retail Data Intelligence Account Manager - Woking - £32k + 10% bonus

We are working on a fantastic opportunity, interviewing and shortlisting for a Client Account Manager to work within our clients Retail Data Intelligence division.

This role will have the responsibility for driving revenue growth and building relationships across a number of key accounts and prospects.

Travel to London office will be required within this role.

Key tasks & responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain new and current business accounts
· Identify and develop customers strategically through intelligent sales processes, sales figure analysis and on-going high level contact relations
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved
· Ensure satisfied clients by providing high level of client servicing, including in- depth presentations and consultancy
· Full market and product knowledge on all products and clients that you are handling. This includes details on coverage, universe and detailed market information.
· Supporting regional and global Industry leads on allocated accounts.
· Supporting the Industry strategy in the Country

Experience, skills and competencies required
· Customer service with communication skills at all levels
· Ability to develop client relationships to grow business
· Analysis / research skills - experience working within retail insights would be ideal!
· A logical thought process, i.e. the ability to dissect and analyse client queries
· Excellent customer presentation skills
· Previous experience working with IT systems (Databases) and processes with advanced Excel

Hours of work
Full-time hours of work are normally from 9.00am to 5.30pm (except on Friday when the working day finishes at 4.00pm) with a 45 minute lunch break daily.
