Billings Assistant - Media Business
Edward Mann are recruiting for a Billings Assistant \ Assistant accountant to work within a top media business based in the City.
Working alongside an in support of the Billing Manager and wider finance team, the candidate needs to ensure all accounts are correctly managed and accurately billed, in accordance to group deadlines.
The role will work closely with other teams and departments both internally and externally of finance and in particular work with the commercial team to ensure accurate information for reporting purposes.
Setting up billing processes for new business
Month end invoicing
Processing renewal contracts and auto renewals
Setting up direct debit
Solving queries internal and external
Liaising with credit control regarding client queries \ management
Other administrative duties when required
Proven experience working on the sales ledger,
Good excel skills
Strong communication skills - in particular, managing relationships with the commercial sales team
