Our vision is of a world where people with disabilities are equal and can lead the lives they want. We make this happen by being a person centred housing and support organisation passionate about supporting people with disabilities to pursue their chosen lifestyle.

We need support workers to join our dedicated and passionate teams across Woking and Guildford to help the people we support to live the lives they want to.

You will be providing support to individuals who live in their own homes which may include personal care, budgeting, shopping and cooking. We also support our service users to be an active part of their local community whether accessing activities such as, arts and crafts, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips, social occasions, exploring work opportunities, adult education or just going to the local pub for the evening. It’s a hugely rewarding and varied role after all you’re helping people to achieve freedom and fulfillment. It can also be very challenging, which is why you’ll need to be a genuinely caring and patient individual who can empathies with others and see the world through their eyes.

Can you show us how you would treat our service users with the dignity and respect they have a right to expect?

Our services in Woking and Guildford support individuals 24/7 including sleep-in support. If you have the right values for our organisation, you will be supported by a programme of continuous training and development.
