Residential Conveyancing Case Handler

High profile firm with a large conveyancing team has departments that specialise in various areas of the conveyancing process.
An opportunity has arisen for an intermediate level conveyancing case handler to join a CQS firm. Ideally you will have upwards of 12 months experience gained elsewhere in a busy conveyancing team.
You will be a professional and service driven fee earner capable of handling your own busy caseload and you will have excellent communication skills.
Working under gentle supervision you will effectively prioritise work to ensure all targets and deadlines are met and progress the administration of transactions , such as the exchange of contracts, drafting correspondence, checking mortgage offers etc.
Candidates must be familiar with distinctions between registered, unregistered, freehold and leasehold transactions. Also you will be able to competently check search results and mortgage offers and be confident with all aspects of sales, searches and can deal with volume.
You will ideally have proven experience in running your own caseload and be familiar with the entire conveyancing process, preferably in high volume. You will be able to deal with the work from instruction through to post completion, be able to deal with all types of transactions including leasehold flats; plots etc and are able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
