Are you looking for a 360 bid coordination position in an international Engineering and facilities business?
The role will involve supporting the Bid Managers and coordinating bid teams and activities with the aim of converting pipeline opportunities into winning bids, and securing new business consistent with our strategic goals and in line with company practices.
- Coordinate the bid team and bid activities to meet tight deadlines
- Write proposals with the support of Subject Matter Experts to the highest standards
- Maintain the Bid Library
- Ensure consistency across the bid in style, format and language
- Experience of working with sales and bid teams
- Experience in facilities is preferable but not crucial
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel), and other bid/proposal related tools
- Knowledge of best practice bid/project management tools/methodologies
