Hays Accountancy & Finance are recruiting for a well-established company in Middlesbrough where there is a fantastic new opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will work as part of a small team and be expected to provide an administration service that supports the effective and efficient operation of the Payroll Department. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Weekly/Monthly Payroll
- Starter Forms
- Pay Adjustments
- Process leavers records & P45
- Pension Payments
- Balance P35
- Administration of Employee records
- Reconcile Payroll Accounts
- Complete Year End Updates
- Undertake all general administration
- Process Payroll data and ensure completed weekly/monthly to meet deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have up to date experience of Payroll and have an eagerness to learn and grow within the team. You will be adaptable and drive to achieve goals and have accurate attention to detail.
