Reception & Reservations Manager Restaurant
One of the most anticipated new restaurant openings in London are recruiting for pro active and charismatic Reception & Reservations Manager who can truly engage with guests to join their team.
You will have extensive experience with Open Table and have the ability to create lasting first impressions in a high-end restaurant environment.
If you are currently a Reception & Reservations supervisor working in a restaurant of a similar calibre and looking for your first management position than this could be the perfect role for you.
Key requirements for the role:
- Manage all incoming bookings using open table
- Lead a team of hosts and hostesses in meeting & greeting and direct guests
- Ensure revenue is maximised through efficient allocation of bookings
- Act of the main point of contact for all regular and VIP guests and brief teams individual requirements to ensure familiarity and service levels are maintained
- Manage and create rotas for Host & Hostesses
- Ensure a very high level of customer service is constantly provided
