The Role

We require a senior sales professional to join our highly successful sales team based in the West Midlands. The role will combine new business sales and account management across multiple market sectors. We are particularly strong in the Industrial, Manufacturing. Logistics, Automotive, Food and Drink and FMCG sectors.

The successful candidate with be the link between internal and external networks and manage the whole sales cycle of lead generation, contract negotiation, new projects and sales development initiatives within the targeted sectors.

There will be a requirement for business travel both to clients and our manufacturing facilities throughout the UK.

The Candidate

You will be an outstanding senior Sales Professional who can demonstrate a record of target over achievement to date. Whilst a background in the Print/ Packaging sector would be useful, applications are welcome from candidates currently employed in any competitive market sector.

The successful candidate will demonstrate significant senior level sales success to date and be comfortable working strategically at board level. You will be a strong negotiator passionate about winning major new business involving complex contract negotiations.

You will be commercially astute with exceptional organisational and presentation skills and the ability to form excellent internal and external networks. Specific technical knowledge is not essential, it is more important that you are comfortable in a targeted new business sales role offering a consultative solution.
