The Year 6 Intervention teacher will be required to support the Year 6 students from the start of the year in their work in order to prepare them for their SATs assessments. The successful candidate will work with the current Year 6 teachers and plan and deliver booster classes teaching English, Maths, spelling, punctuation and grammar on a small group basis picking up and working on misconceptions and problem areas.

The School are looking for a teacher with experience of KS2 who has a passion for leaning and in particularly ideally maths as this is the main area of improvement for the school.

You will need:

- Have U.K. QTS or NQT status

- Have a proven record in year 6 SATs preparation

- Have experience teaching year 6 curriculum (desirable)

- Be flexible, adaptable and creative
