We have a new opportunity to work with our ever growing client who have been operating for over 25 years. The company now have staff levels at around 55 people, turning over approximately £10million per annum.

The successful candidatewill enjoy the following benefits;

  • Salary of £19k per annum based on 37.5 hours per week (full time)
  • Monday to Friday, working 30-37.5 hours (flexible for the successful candidate)

In return, the successful candidate will be responsible for;

Purchase Ledger

  • Month end reporting in accordance to the reporting time table
  • Working to month end deadlines
  • Registering invoices and distributing for authorisation
  • Data entry of all invoices, credit note payments and adjustments
  • Ensuring invoices are correctly calculated, approved and coded
  • Maintaining records of pro forma invoicves
  • Resolving any ad-hoc enquiries
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Maintaining all payment runs including; BACS, Foreign and other ad-hoc payments
  • Filing invoices and other administration duties
  • Setting up new suppliers, including; bank details and credit checking
  • Assisting with preparation of cash flow forecasts
  • Management of petty cash

Other supporting duties include;

  • The overall sales ledger process as and when required, including credit control
  • Receipt management as well as processing expenses
  • Nominal ledger processing
