Developer - Drupal 7 PHP, HTML, CSS. London. £40 - 50k
Global business to business events and multinational media company seeks a Developer (Drupal 7) to join the small but growing team responsible for delivering a broad range of systems for clients across the world.
You will work within the full life cycle of website / web application design and development and be responsible for creating engaging, contemporary designs and layouts, user experience design and process flow, front end web development with HTML & CSS and server-side programming with PHP. Exposure to the Symfony framework would be beneficial but not essential. Working in a team of 5 you will have a minimum of 2 years Drupal 7 back end development and play a key role in website layouts, developing your user experience and taking on development of application with PHP.
The role will give you exposure to working on brochure ware websites, content driven sites (CMS), Ecommerce Shops, Online Booking Systems, CRM systems, bespoke online business systems, HTML email marketing and everything in-between.
We are searching for a Developer/Designer who has gained a min of 2 years commercial experience with Drupal 7 in a Web Development capacity and may have been working for themselves or for a company where you will have programmed or enhanced, in PHP, either a CMS, an Ecommerce shop or a Website/Web Application with visible functionality. Exposure to a large corporate environment is preferable but not essential.
You will have a good understanding of HTML & CSS and be able to combine this with a passion for Web Design. As such, you will be well versed with Photoshop and be able to create contemporary designs prior to implementation into HTML & CSS. Training will be provided to enhance and develop your base line skills.
