Senior Channel Marketing Manager EMEA
This role will create and leverage existing assets to engage and enable channel partners through marketing, communications, training and enablement; you will tell stories and craft campaigns that drive user growth and engagement as well as manage the deliverables, relationships, and educate stakeholders to create the full programmatic experience for the clients channel partners.
Work with marketers, channel managers/sales, and cross-functional teams to identify marketing goals, execute campaigns, identify and train partners, and provide an online social presence. Additionally, you’ll help build awareness for the client in the channel partner communities, develop partner relationships, attend events, and tell the stories of companies doing great things with our client .
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Develop, execute, and implement marketing plans that incorporate all touch points of marketing for the clients channel partners to help them sell and promote the clients service
-Possess and maintain first-rate knowledge of marketing trends, product positioning, market opportunities, and trends.
-Participate in the planning and development of events (industry shows, meetings, and trainings), including agenda development, event flow, pre- event marketing, logistics coordination, on-site participation and collateral.
-Provide internal programmatic marketing support by understanding vendor objectives and recommending an appropriate mix of marketing programs. Execute partner participation in these programs.
- Work with creative team to create localized collateral (emails, digital newsletters, digital marketing, info graphics, email, social) to support and drive sales; Update, track, and version control all collateral developed.
-Serve as internal channel advocate to ensure partner and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications: (e.g., education, skills, abilities, knowledge)
-Education: Bachelor's degree required
-Experience: 5 years minimum of marketing experience preferably in the high tech computer related environment.
-Experience developing and implementing channel marketing programs is preferred.
-A basic understanding of the channel is required.
-Knowledge of general computer applications (Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel)
-Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving and presentation skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and quickly
-Ability to communicate with executive level associates internally and externally in an articulate and professional manner.
-Ability to practice discretion and understand appropriateness of communication and behaviour.
-Ability to implement recommendations and see projects through to completion.
-Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
-Must be detail-oriented organized and have strong time management skills.
-Understands localization concepts and cultural sensitivities in conducting global business.
