We are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s leading provider within the Financial Service Industry. Our client specialises in Pensions and Retirement products. They are currently seeking a Telemarketing Advisor to deliver a quality customer service to external and internal customers.
- To pro-actively handle inbound enquiries with the aim of booking appointments
- Make outbound Calls to follow up missed appointments
- Manage and maintain a diary system that ensures call- backs are well timed and delivered
- Provide a prompt, friendly and efficient initial point of contact for customers within a team based call centre environment
- Experience of handling inbound calls and fulfilling customer requirements and selling the Service & benefit of Appointments
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional qualifications would be an advantage though not essential
- Ability to apply technical knowledge to create practical and effective solutions
