Graduate Data Executive, £20,000-21,000p/a pro rata, depending on experience, 9 month FTC

An opportunity to join a large events company as their new Data Executive has arisen. The role will focus on using customer insight to drive growth for core KPIs and help colleagues & customers understand KPI performance to help them make better operational and strategic decisions. As Data Executive you will need a pro-active and enthusiastic approach, you should be customer-oriented, taking pride in exceeding customer expectations, have an analytical mind set, the ability to react at short notice and deliver work to tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have the ability to plan their own workload and prioritise competing demands for time. The ability to interact well with people from across the business and build strong relationships will also be beneficial. You should also be able to work in a matrix organisation, adaptable and flexible and have attention to detail.
As the Data Executive you will have various data and insight responsibilities. These will include reporting, providing contact details relevant for partner activities, merging and cleaning of data collected, registering people or changing their registration details, building Marketo subscription lists and smart lists, reporting on customers’ engagement with e-mail campaigns, advising on any data related issues, and providing data for ad-hoc queries. You will also be using data as well as researching to drive growth, define ad-hoc and regular insight projects, develop surveys, analyze data, and deliver compelling actionable insights. This role will also provide experience of working with the rest of the insight team to ensure timely development of new reports and projects, and present research insights across all event sectors.
