Working collaboratively with a fantastic, motivated and encouraging team you will be developing, delivering and managing innovative products and programmes that maximise engagement and interaction with high value supporters. Key to this role is to develop and deliver the organisation's Major Donor Strategy aimed at identifying, cultivating and stewarding High Net Worth Individuals.

Your key areas of responsibility will be business planning, leading on MD strategy and new business work, relationship management, stewardship & cultivation and monitoring/reporting.

You will need to have a minimum of three years proven successful high value major donor fundraising experience and working with budgets in excess of £1m, a track record of developing fundraising strategies, developing policies, processes and budgets and experience of appointing and managing suppliers and agencies.

We are seeking an individual who is motivated by professionalism to achieve outstanding results, with excellent influencing and networking skills and who is confident and persuasive at all levels.
