Our client is located in Manchester, they are a computer vision and machine learning company passionate about innovative, useful and intuitive software tools that meet a specific market need.

They are for an experienced Agile authority to take on Scrum Master responsibilities within a growing and dynamic environment. They are forming and transitioning into high-performing Scrum units and with the right support the teams will flourish. You will be the one to drive this change and nurture junior and senior colleagues through this transition.

REQUIREMENTS
This is a high responsibility role. You should be keen to gain a deep understanding of our goals, and enjoy crafting creative methods of adding value, driven by priority.

The role requires the following skill set:
Strong and proven Agile delivery experience; working as a scrum master with software engineering teams, product managers and designers to increase efficiency of approach and output.
Excellent communication skills.
Extensive experience coaching and developing teams in the adoption of Agile best practices as realised in the Scrum framework in a commercial environment.
Experience in encouraging cultural changes to align with the Agile values and principles.
Account management experience.
A history of exceeding stakeholder expectations.
Hands-on experience explaining requirements in developer-friendly language.
Strong understanding of web-based software development.
Proven ability to recognise and resolve conflicting requirements.

Nice to have:
Scrum master certification.
Experience working in or implementing a SAFe environment.
Technical background.
Knowledge of and experience with other Agile frameworks.
Experience using JIRA/Confluence to manage processes, workflows and issues.
