Our Client:

Our Client gets one over on other pubs in the area thanks to its superb views of the Thames. Grab a seat on one of two great balconies to enjoy fresh air with your fresh ale. All food is cooked fresh, seasonal & locally sourced, there focus is on homemade British cuisine, but there are plenty of intriguing twists on the menu too, bringing exciting new flavours to the table.


* Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
* Tips, up to £3000 per annum
* 28 days Holiday a year
* Chef Whites provided
* Meals on duty
* Scholarships & Training if required
* 15% discounts in all their pubs

The role:

We are recruiting for a hard working Sous Chef who has the drive to progress and enhance their own careers. You will be passionate about fresh seasonal produce and be keen to learn more about new preparation and cooking techniques.

Other key characteristics:

* Passion for detail and presentation
* Sous Chef for at least 1 year
* The desire to train and mentor junior team members
* An extensive knowledge of seasonal produce and cooking techniques
* Experienced within managing and producing functions
* Ordering
* Stock Control
* Maintaining the high standards at all-times along with health and safety.
