Administrator - City of London - up to £25,000
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced receptionist or administrator to further their career with a succesful Data Service Provider based in the City of London.
This role will include:
- Secretarial and admin support across the office
- Organising deliveries and maintaining office supplies
- Liaising with maintenance, cleaners all the way up to board members
- Dealing with post
- Meet and greet and e-mail management
- Processing and creating invoices
- Any other adhoc tasks
The ideal person will be confident, bubbly, driven and have a fantastic work ethic with a 'muck in' attitude. This is a successful B2B company with many high end clients within the financial sector, therefore any financial experience would be beneficial but is not compulsory.
