Technical Sales Manager
Our client is an established and respected sub-contract precision fabrication, machining and finishing company.
As a supplier of choice too many Blue Chip organisations in the defence, aerospace, nuclear and electronics business community. They are currently seeking a Technical Sales Manager who understands the demanding requirements of their business and their customers businesses.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business with both existing and new customers. They must also be able to prepare technical quotations using an MRP system and have an understanding of modern engineering manufacturing methods. Therefore an understanding of sheet metal, welding and machining techniques in various metals is required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate at all levels with both colleagues and customers.
They must be self-driven and be able to work, both independently and as a team.
The position will be office based with the occasional requirement to attend customer’s premises.
A competitive package will be offered dependent on experience.
