Accounts Assistant / Office Manager
Our Client is a growing fashion company based in SE1, they are looking for a general Accounts assistant /office manager to temp for a few weeks with a view to going permanent.
the key accounting responsibilities will be looking after the Purchase Ledger. It is essential you have purchase ledger/ accounts payable experience.
- All aspects of processing of purchase ledger transactions.
- Liaison with internal departments & suppliers in respect of price/delivery queries.
- Reconciliation of accounts & resolving any queries/discrepancies.
- Ensure cash etc is correctly matched.
- Purchase ledger payments.
- Strong understanding of debits and credits.
- Assist the Finance Director with any office admin duties.
