Our client, a leading private bank based in Central London is looking to hire an Assistant Manager - Secretarial, to work closely alongside the Chief Finance Officer, Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretary at Manager Level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting (Board, Committee, Shareholders) arrangements, minutes finalisation of the Non Board Committees ( Management Committee, Executive Credit & Risk Committee, PAC Committee)
• Responsible for sending the documents to the Members on time for all the non Board Committees which includes coordination with all departments for getting the notes on time
• Writing minutes for various committees of the Bank
• Calendar monitoring & Fixing of Non Executive Directors, Managing Director, Management Committee Members and Committee members for timely meetings
• Work with the Chief Financial officer for arrangement of other meetings
• Ensure Updated records in Companies house and updated Articles of the Bank
• Ensure Turn Around Time of the minutes as per the terms of reference of the Committees
• Self assessment of all non Board Committees on an annual basis along with the review of terms of reference
• Provide back up for handling board committees in the absence of assistant company secretary
• To undertake projects and assignment from time to time as directed by Supervisor

Candidate Requirements:
• Good Excel and Word Skills
• Strong numerate A-Levels & Degree
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/MBA/Qualified Company Secretary
• Networking & Relationship skills
