£25 - 35k + commission + benefits + 25 days holiday

Our client is a pioneering financial well-being technology company who are looking for a Sales Consultant to win new business within the SME market.

While Financial Well-being is becoming a more serious topic in improving the wellbeing of employees our client have brought to corporate clients an online platform to benefit both the employer and employees.

Over the last 18 months our client have been successful in on boarding key accounts and channel partners which has led to headcount growth of nearly 60 (from 10) and near a million members accessing their technology. Created by ex-investment bankers in 2014 and they have gone from strength to strength while winning Benefit Innovation of the Year Award in 2016 along the way.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will gain new clients in the SME sector through referrals and your own prospecting, as well as via partner introducers. Therefore, telephone skills with a confident and passionate manner are key. Responsibilities include; prospect, sell and close opportunities to SME prospects, pro-actively work with the internal marketing and external sales team to target specific companies and Industry sectors to generate new business appointments.

The ideal candidate will have experience of selling within Employee Benefits, however this is not essential.
