Field Sales Manager - Wales - £30K basis, plus commission
Cambrian is a manufacturer of luxury Timber Framed Lodges based in Porthmadog. We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Manager to cover the region of Wales. The aim of the role is to maximise sales volumes at the company's targeted Gross Margin To build awareness of the Cambrian brand amongst Holiday and Residential park owners and sales teams in Wales.
The key responsibilities are:
To sell high quality lodges to Holiday and Residential Parks and Private Land Owners, generating own leads;
To develop and implement personal Sales and Marketing Plans; by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans;
To meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing and working to annual sales volume and gross profit budget;
Contributing to development of quality and customer service standards by resolving problems and aftersales issues;
To understand the market by continuously analysing new trends and results; contributing to the development of price strategies, monitoring competition, market supply and park and consumer demand.
The successful candidate should demonstrate the following attributes;
A self motivated individual who has experience of selling /marketing high quality Caravan Holiday Homes and Lodges in the Holiday and / or Residential Park market, with a proven track record of sales;
Clear understanding of margin;
Excellent communication skills and evidence of building strong client relationships;
Ability and willingness to travel and stay away from home when required;
Computer literate and proficient on MS Office products;
High degree of personal integrity and ability to work on own and as part of a team;
Full, clean UK driving license
Salary is a basic of £30K, plus commission, car and fuel for business use.
