Management Development Lead
Milestones Trust is committed to supporting and inspiring its managers to develop, and this exciting new role will embed management development within the organisation. We believe that the quality of our managers is directly linked to the quality of the care and support we provide to the people who use our services.
Working directly to the Head of Learning you will help create a culture which promotes management learning. The role will involve helping to shape the organisations approach to management development, as well as working with line managers to identify options for meeting learning needs, with responsibility for managing (and at times delivering) learning interventions. You will also advise on approaches to succession and talent management.
- You will have worked in social care and have experience in learning and development with managers leading on projects, as well as coordinating and advising managers.
- An understanding of the social care sector, gained either through a job(s) role, volunteering or experience as a service user
- You will have experience or are currently working in a management development role.
- You are committed to learning and development and ready to use your skills and creative approach.
