National Careers Service Quality & Training Coordinator based in Bromley. This is a full time position.

To contribute to the achievement of company objectives by coordinating quality processes for the National Careers Service London Contract and the planning and delivery of training to address quality

Job Description

Support the Quality & Training Manager in delivering a high performing quality service

Support the management of quality processes for Prospects delivery and subcontractors

Implement suitable quality checks of the service, including monitoring processes for action plans, telephone advice and observation of practice

Plan and implement training for Prospects and subcontractors to support the quality of the service

Create resources for Prospects and subcontractors to support the quality of the service

Support processes to meet all Ofsted requirements for the service, including managing data required from the MI Team

Implement the Workforce Development policy including systems to check qualifications of advisers delivering the service

Liaise with subcontractors regarding their quality improvement needs

Represent the company at internal and external meetings

Perform other duties commensurate with the nature and level of the post

Ensure adherence to the company’s equalities and diversity policy

Personal Specification

Essential

Evidence of a teaching or training qualification, e.g. PTLLS

Experience of planning and delivering training

Experience of undertaking quality processes

Ability to communicate, network and negotiate effectively with individuals and groups, within the company and outside

Ability to understand, interrogate and source data

Ability to represent the company and establish and maintain effective working relationships

Ability to prioritise, plan and organise own work to meet deadlines and targets

Prepared to travel within the NCS London Region and occasionally to other NCS Regions

Desirable

Demonstrable understanding of delivery of careers information, advice and guidance

An understanding of and commitment to promoting equality and diversity
