The business now requires around five or more Business Development Managers who are hungry 'hunters’ with the ambition to initiate great deals and earn a spectacular amount of money. The top seller for this company has recently earned a £10k bonus for the second month running. Surely an incentive for anyone with B2B selling experience?
So how will you make your money? Whether you prefer to do business face-to-face, over the phone or via email; if you generate new business for the company, then methods are fairly flexible for candidates.
The company’s modern, energised and spacious offices are situated in Bradley Stoke, bang in-between Bristol and Bath. However, your selling field also expands to Gloucester (GL), Salisbury (SP) and Sutton (SM), meaning having your own transport could be desirable but as stated before, not essential, because if you’re an efficient seller from behind the screen or on the telephone, then it doesn’t really matter.
• To generate new business through cold and warm leads; face-to-face, over the phone and email.
• To build relationships and strike deals across the area (Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Salisbury & Sutton).
• A 'hunter’ that has great confidence and drive to succeed.
• Someone with existing experience in B2B sales.
• Ambitious salesperson with a 'get up and go’ attitude to generating new business.
• Telecoms experience is desirable but certainly not essential.
• The chance to earn well-above your starting salary - OTE £60k uncapped.
• A friendly and ambitious team with a great balance of banter and professionalism.
