Telephone Appointment Setter (B2B)
Our Client are one of the largest business Energy Consultancies based in Central Brighton and they are currently recruiting for ambitious and target driven candidates to join their fast expanding and vibrant team of Sales Executives within the Lead Generation team.
This is a great role to develop and build confidence within the Sales industry; apart from this the offices are very modern and fresh with great work stations and are set up in a perfect central location just a short walk from the seafront.
This is a B2B role where you will be looking to make appointments with Clients to offer a consultancy service.
Duties will include:
•Making outbound calls to Businesses (B2B)
•Arranging appointments/opportunities for the Energy Consultants
The starting salary for these positions will be £16,000-£25,000 per annum (based on experience).
If you are successful in this position you are entitled to earn commission from the get go and once you’re up and running on the phones, exceeding your monthly target by 3% can see you take home an extra £2000 in commission per calendar month!!
The hours of work are Monday-Friday 8.45am-5pm with the opportunity of finishing early on a Friday afternoon at 1pm if your team hits weekly target!
This will be a Temporary to Permanent position, temping for 2 weeks (paid weekly) with the view of transferring permanent on your third working week.
