An established Services business in Chichester is recruiting a Financial Controller to work as the number 1 in Finance and be part of the Senior Management Team.

The Financial Controller will provide robust financial management for the business and give commercially sound advice to colleagues to help drive company performance.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the key responsibilities of the Financial Controller are:

- Reporting on financial performance, including forecasting and budgeting.
- Applying commercial analysis to support decision making and to improve and develop business performance.
- Reviewing investment opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and securing positive commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
- Providing strong financial governance and cost management.
- Team management and development.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a number of years of Senior Financial Management gained in a broad business facing role.
