We are seeking a candidate with a positive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to join our client on a permanent basis as their Impact & Learning Manager.
You will have first class communications skills and a proven track record in the designing and delivery of new systems and processes that will help to evidence impact. You will be able to work well under pressure and make confident decisions based on your own initiative. You will need experience working at management level, a proven track record of working in an evaluation and/or impact measurement role and experience of using and interpreting data and information to support business growth.

Key responsibilities to include;
Support the implementation of the organisations outcomes framework across the education and wellbeing teams ensuring staff are embedding outcome measurement and demonstrating impact.
Work with clinical staff to adopt appropriate measurement tools to evidence the impact of clinical services.
Gather and share evidence internally/externally to contribute to improvements.
Work with colleagues to integrate impact data in all relevant marketing materials, funder applications and communications.
Research and identify suitable funding opportunities enabling the organisation to develop and share their work around impact measurement.
Provide regular reports to the SMT
