Account Director - IT Solutions and Major Accounts

About The Role

If you like speaking with people and building relationship, then the key purpose of this role will be to engage with businesses to promote QA Ltd and our products.

Yu will lead a key client account/s and relationships to ensure client growth and retention. To deliver growth and value via expanding the delivery of QA’s broad portfolio and successfully winning and delivering business critical programmes that ensure current and future success against QA and client objectives

  • Plan and deliver an account strategy
  • Work with the leadership team to meet the core objectives of growth, professionalism, excellence to become the first choice for learning provider of enterprise clients
  • Become a influencer and leader within the wider Enterprise sales team and offer innovation and entrepreneurial qualities

Your Skills & Experience


  • Ideally five years of outbound sales experience - within IT Solutions
  • Account Management background
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to operate well and contribute to a strong team environment
  • Self-motivated and highly driven
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and deliver against them
  • Ability to work towards a sales pipeline
  • Persistent, tenacious and collaborative
