Senior IT/AV Analyst
We are supporting a national organisation who are currently seeking an IT/AV Analyst to join their team in London.
A large part of this organisations operations revolves around their conferencing services, which is offered at their Central London headquarters. This role will be to provide IT support in association with audio visual and production services to clients who are using the site.
You will be organising the IT/AV resources between numerous sites, including fixed and mobile equipment.
This is a client facing role, which will require you to liaise with customers to gain a complete understanding of requirements and objectives (e.g. IT networking, dedicated bandwidth, IP address, connectivity, VPN, configuration of firewalls, etc) before their visit.
Furthermore, this role will also be responsible for delivering professional technical support for all staff and affiliates on site, logging calls and maintain accurate records of the remediation work carried out.
We are seeking someone with the following experience;
- Cisco networking including ASA firewall
- VLAN configuration/Bandwidth assignment
- Configuration of PCs
- Good customer service skills. Client facing experience will be an advantage.
- 1st/2nd line desktop support experience is also desirable.

This role is offering a salary of £30,000 plus benefits, depending on experience.
