Senior IFA Administrator Temple, London

Fleet Street Financial Limited is one of the largest providers of financial advice to the barrister community. Due to expansion of the business they are looking to recruit an individual with extensive administration experience from within an IFA office.

What you will do:

  •  Main point of contact for Advisers/Paraplanners for technical administrative queries

  •  Preparation of Management Information

  •  Fee reconciliation and providing month end figures to Head of Administration

  •  IFA Admin duties

  •  Auto-enrolment administration

  •  Annual group scheme renewals

  •  Updating Avelo/Iress back office system

What you will need:

  •  A minimum of B in Maths and English at GCSE

  •  Ideally educated to graduate level

  •  At least 2 years experience of working in Administration within a busy IFA Office

  •  A desire to improve your knowledge/skills through CPD which may include examinations

  •  Ideally a good working knowledge of Avelo/Iress back office system

  •  Excellent prioritisation skills to meet, if not exceed, deadlines

  •  The ability to manage expectations of all staff and clients
