My client specialise in integrated waste management providing collection, treatment, recycling and technologically-driven energy generation services. My client can offer progression opportunities across many areas of the business and have a great camaraderie and friendly working culture.


Day to day the Business Development Manager - Waste Management be 100% focused on new business with local SME's, you will be responsible for self generating leads as well as following up on any leads fed down through the central team. You will manage your own territory with a prospect list of business opportunities to work through. You will report into the Sales Manager but have a close relationship with the Depot Manager and Regional General Manager who will both guide and support you. Targets are set both annually and quarterly with a realistic commission structure in place


My client is looking for a Business Development Manager - Waste Management with a proven track record in selling contracted services from a service led industry. You will ideally be a natural new business hunter with a tenacious and driven approach to sales.

Job Offer

The Business Development Manager - Waste Management will receive:

- £30000-31000 basic

- Uncapped OTE, on target a further £10,500
