This is an urgent requirement for a long-term contract opportunity (minimum 10 months).

About the role

A fast paced and challenging Commercial Analyst role forming part of the Commercial Finance team to assist in making key decisions across the organisation. This role provides financial support to the Business Leadership team in order to drive profitability

The client:

Boasting some of the most recognisable brands in the world and known for its quality, this international FMCG business has grown year on year. Due to recent growth, there is a need for a fixed-term or possibly a daily rate contractor.

The responsibilities

*The preparation of the periodic budgets and preparation of the rolling forecasts for the business
*Develop and maintain key financial reports which include the P&L, management pack and analysis of margins and KPI's
*Provide key commentary and insights to key functions of the business which will include sales & marketing
*Provide business support key business stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally
*Assist with ad-hoc projects ranging from process improvement to business expansion
Your profile:

The ideal candidate will be a part qualified business analyst, commercial analyst or financial analyst preferably with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry. You will have exemplary excel skills with the knowledge of creating and modifying complex financial models.
