Project & Events Coordinator
We have an excellent opportunity to work in an account management team responsible for communications projects and events, due to expansion of the business.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational and planning skills together with some previous experience of organising corporate or training events.
Working on behalf of pharmaceutical clients you will be involved in organising medical conferences and training programmes in the UK and Europe as well as coordinating communication projects associated with the events. Duties will include booking venues, organising speakers, managing delegates, liaising with suppliers and clients, organising travel and accommodation. You will also need to prepare meeting materials, track project costs and control timelines together with coordinating and quality checking display or communication materials.
The position is likely to suit a graduate with c 2 years' experience in business communications, logistics, event management or project work. You must be proficient in MS Office and should have a keen eye for detail.
The position is based in an attractive office with a car park, close to local amenities, within 5 miles of Sevenoaks. Transport desirable.
