One of the world's leading hotels groups is looking for a PRO-ACTIVE Cluster Sales Manager. You will be responsible for a cluster of properties situated along London's M4 corridor. The role will have a focus on Transient as well as MICE market segments. £30K (net) basic + 30% bonus with excellent progression opportunities within regional management.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving revenue and RGI growth for your cluster through an existing portfolio of SME accounts as well as new customers and clients from all market segments
- Building a strong account portfolio of both new and pre-existing clients
- Maintaining regular contact with property-based sales teams and HODs to ensure healthy correspondence between all parties and maximising sales potential
- Assist Senior Account Managers with local sales activity at property level where needed
- Proactively hunting to generate new local business and penetrate new areas/markets that haven't been approached in the past
- In absence of DOS, attend sales calls as required by GMs in the cluster
- Research, identify and establish new business sales contacts, develop relationships and revenue opportunities from existing client.
- Organise and host client events and fam trips
- To ensure all activities are recorded via SalesForce.com on a weekly basis

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience in hotel sales
- Pro-active candidates ONLY
- Ideally having knowledge of the M4 and Heathrow areas
- Proven track record
- Experience using key sales tools (e.g. salesforce.com)
- UK Driver's license
