A unique opportunity has arisen for an immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk looking to join a global media business in Central London. The company is currently experiencing rapid growth. This role would suit someone with at least 1/2 years Accounts Payable experience. The role reports into the Finance Manager in this successful team.
Responsible for all accounts payable; processing invoices, staff expenses, reconciling receipts, payment runs and supplier queries
Assisting with month end procedures
Ensuring payments to employees and suppliers are carried out on time
The successful candidate;
• 1/ 2 years of finance experience
• Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work autonomously
•Media or retail experience is preferable
