Service Delivery Manager - Global Retail client
Facilities management - Home based, travel required
£35,000 + car allowance

Client Details

The client is a UK leading services provider, who is currently seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to manage a retail portfolio for one of their global retailer.

Description

- Manage PPM and Reactive performance, delivering contractual standards of all work meeting all Health & Safety and compliance requirements.

- Manage the delivery of KPIs (PPMs, reactives, statutory) within the retail portfolio.

- Manage subcontractor servicing, reactives and small works/projects

- Liaison with store managers, regional managers and central client Property Team as required

Management of comprehensive expenditure in line with budget

Profile

- Facilities Management experience in retail stores environment is advantage

- Strong background as Customer Service with experience of co-coordinating projects

- Ability to build strong relationships with customers / colleagues

- Strong time management, organisational and prioritisation skills

- High attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines
