Account Director - Digital Agency
Account Director required by a forward thinking digital agency headquartered in Liverpool. This is a unique opportunity to join a high calibre team at what is easily the most exciting time in their 20 year history.

They operate a very flat hierarchical structure so as an Account Director you will be a key member of the team from day one and as you will be working so closely with the MD and leadership team, decisions will be made quickly.
A recent office move has made this the most exciting time to join the company as they continue to win new projects and now have easily the coolest office in the North West to call home.
As an Account Director for this company, you will work very closely with the Project Management and Business Analysis teams to ensure every customer is delighted with their solution. You will be the first point of contact for their clients so you will have to be comfortable juggling multiple projects and have a full understanding of each project.
A key element of this position will involve Account Management, Business Development and visiting customer sites - either for a general catch up or potentially to pitch for new business.
Any changes to the project either from the technical team or the client will come through you and you will have to be comfortable managing these changes quickly and efficiently. Many of the key projects you will work on have complex time frames and budgets so you will need to help the finance team, keep on top of everything when it comes to budgetary control.
To be successful in this role you will need to be comfortable working on multiple high profile digital projects for a range of clients at any given time. You will also be happy to identify and chase potential opportunities with new customers, build the relationship and be able to pitch to C level executives.
As you get familiar with the solutions our client provides, you will be able to offer customers estimates on the cost of their solution and manage any initial reservations they may have.
