Support Technician - 3 month fixed term contract
One of the area's leading employers is seeking a Support Technician to support Desktop and AV solutions.
As Support Technician you will provide 1st Line / 2nd Line Support via phone, email and face to face across a number of technologies including;
- Desktop Hardware, software and operating systems
- IT network Wi-Fi and LAN
- AV Equipment such as Projectors, televisions etc
- Video conference equipment
- Support Servers and wireless networks
The successful Support Technician will have experience of:
- IT Support / Helpdesk environment
- Technical knowledge of desktop operating systems & Software
- Technical knowledge of AV Systems
- Server-based network environment
This is a 3 month fixed term contract. The Support Technician role is paying £30,901 pro rata with excellent benefits.
