The role will involve;
- Working with key stakeholders to develop and implement business strategy and objectives.
- Planning, managing, monitoring and reporting on technical capability development programmes to ensure successful delivery.
- Developing and delivering implementation plans and assessing in-house technical skills.
- Providing coaching, advice and guidance on technical specialisms.
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing business leaders.
