Robertson Bell Finance are working with a leading University to recruit an Interim Management Accountant - Project Accounting to join their growing team. Based in Central London the role joins the team during an exciting period of development to lead on a key project for the University.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the main responsibilities of the Interim Management Accountant - Project Accounting are as follows:

*Business partner with the Director of the project and other members of the senior management team.
*Lead the process for monthly reporting of management information to various members of the SMT.
*Prepare the annual budget for the project and maintain the full cost plan throughout the financial year.
*Quarterly forecasting for the project, including business partnering with external stakeholders to ensure the project remains financially on track.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with significant and proven experience of the budgeting and forecasting process. In addition to this, you will have demonstrable knowledge of the management reporting process and have previously liaised with senior management teams. In order to succeed in business partnering at this level you must have excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
