Regional Facilities Manager - Home Based
Area: Midlands, The North, Scotland & Ireland
Salary: £46500.00 per annum + Family friendly benefits + 25 days annual leave + Company car/Car allowance + Private healthcare + Company pension

We are currently recruiting a mobile regional facilities manager to ensure compliance with the agreement between EMCOR and the client for the delivery of Maintenance and Facilities Services across a number of sites within a specific region. This is a mobile role which requires extensive travel between multiple sites.

This role will be covering 10 office locations the Midlands, North of England, Scotland & Ireland (Birmingham, Leicester, Llandundo, Chester, Edinburgh x 2, Glasgow, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle) and the Management of Service partners in Dublin, Belfast and Isle of Man. This role will be based from home however the incumbent be required to communicate daily with the FM Helpdesk (based in Southampton) the Senior FM and Account Manager. In addition travel to London and Southampton will be required.

Person Specification:

• Proven track record of operations management in a both Hard and Soft services FM environment
• Good IT skills
• Good interpersonal and customer relationships
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Proven experience in managing a team
• Good command of the English language, both orally and verbally
• Smart, presentable appearance
• Personable and approachable
• Clean, full driving license
• BIFM is desirable
