ABOUT YOU

You will be a bright and enthusiastic Implementations Support Consultant, with a hunger for learning new skills. Ideally you will have 1 years' professional experience in software implementation, and looking for your next challenge. You should also hold a Bachelor's degree. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Implementations Consultant is responsible for implementing and installing software solutions, and delivering products to clients. You will be relied upon to deliver excellent results and get things done, in this challenging role.

·Implementation of a suite of products, both from within the London office and on-site at customer's offices across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Russia.
·Configuration of the system based on customer requirements to provide the best user experience
·Testing of the system to satisfy customer requirements
·Ownership of project tasks
·Delivery through to completion
·Providing detailed and accurate feedback to customers and team members of project tasks
·Analysing customer requirements and implementing solutions within the suite of software products

THE ROLE

This role is fast paced, and exciting, it involves multi-tasking, and working within a dynamic team, as well as dealing with key major stakeholders with major clients worldwide. The Implementations Consultant is responsible for delivering and installing products to clients, and providing substantial support to project teams.

·Advanced user of Windows systems, including IIS, DNS, DHCP, and Networking
·SQL knowledge
·BSc. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
·Strong problem-solving skills
·Excellent client-facing skills
·Knowledge of software development concepts
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
