Head Chef - Ceredigion - £24k - £30k
A fantastic position has become available for a Head Chef to join this rural village restaurant that menu offers an array of freshly prepared local produce.
The Hotel has a number of outlets including Restaurant, Wedding & Function Facilities.
As Head Chef your responsibilities will be to:-
Run the kitchen on a daily basis.
Check and manage stock levels.
Supervise & train Junior Chefs.
- Controlling a budget and keeping accurate records.
- Managing health and hygiene procedures.
- Organising the staff duty rota.
- Recruiting, training and developing staff.
The ideal Head Chef will have previous experience in a similar venue and be able to manage banqueting functions.
